I’m Jackie Hughes, Integrative and Functional Nutritionist. My passion for personalized nutrition and holistic health were first inspired by my own health story. Through digestive and immune challenges in childhood with no diagnosis or treatment, I learned to listen to my body and look far and wide for solutions addressing the root problems. I’ve become a lifelong learner, researcher, at-home chef, and food-label translator! I received my MS in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health, and much of my professional background has been aimed at helping others identify their goals and best path forward.
